Order ID: OID78097, i have placed this order on Apr 25, 2023, but it got delivered on July 30, 2023, they asked me to place another order and then they can deliver the product. But when i got the delivery the product is not working. I contacted the support, the support team told they get back to me with the update, but till now i have not got any update.
