I ordered abasic mobile one august, i got my phone which is completely damaged and charger too damaged, so i tried to place a replacement on same day, but “replacement isnot possible@ time situation” this is the msg i get from that end
.So i called customer care agent and placed my return request…Its been 2month. still i dint get any update. As i called 6times between these 2month..Bt still no response for return or refund..This actions show that how lethogically treating customers query and complains. Its irritating more and their reply are always same as a template…
