Hi, I have ordered iPhone 13 on Big Billion days i.e on 22/Sep/2022 for a good discount and after 3 weeks waiting time product got cancelled without my notice. I had raised multiple times concern over the delivery being delayed, were customer care team gave false promises that the product will be delivered for sure. finally as I suspected product got cancelled as i got the phone at the lowest price.
and the Customer care team recommendation is to place one more order with revised/Hiked price rate.
worst part is , with confidense of Iphone getting delivered from flipkart , i have placed accessoriess like Charger,ScreenGuard, Back Case which are non-returnable now, when i asked flipkart at least to compensate the amount for accessories is polietly dnied by them.
this is literally some gambling logic from flipkart to cancel the lowest orders being cancelled .
I have lost money in purchasing accessories, 3 weeks interest for 60K, Credit card billed amount to be paid, precious time and more importantly mental stress.
Request to take severe action on Flipkart in this regard.
