I ordered a crop top and Palazzo set from myntra. But on delivery the Palazzo was s/m sized instead of XL that was ordered. And instead of the color black as shown in image it was deep chocolate brown. I placed an exchange request but that exchange request was rejected because item didn’t match with the image. Like, I asked for exchange in the first place because it didn’t match. Both size and color were wrong. But i had all tags and everything intact. I asked the help centre and called them 12 times about this but they kept delaying it by 24 hrs everytime without actually solving it. I sent them the pic of products and mrp tags attached 5 times and yet they kept delaying it without actually solving it. Why am I subjected to such harassment? Was shopping from myntra that big of a crime?
