Text of Complaint by Venkatesh:

I have Placed Order For Shorts with Order I’d:- 720776544117 on 18th October,I have Received Order On 26 ,But Due To Size Issue I Requested For Exchange and It Is Processed on Same Day (i.e.26th October) , The Expected Product Is About To Reach me On 10th November(Tracking Details Xpressbees ,AWB No.134099121409782) ,But I didn’t Received ,So I Complainted in messho Customer Care for Updating Me The Details On 11th November (Complaint/Ticket Id- 51930269) Which is Is Supposed To Resolve on 4-5 working Days,But The From meesho There is No Response.
On Top Of that They Keep On Sending Me Mail Saying We Are Tried Call You Without Trying (Because i have missed Call Alert and True Caller For Notifications).
When I am Trying to Connect to technical team ,The Customer Care service farwading my call where No One Lifts the Call for 25-30mins and it Cuts.
Very Worst Answer from Customer Care .
Please Try To Provide Resolution for this type of behavior from Meesho.
