Hi,
I purchased a new mobile phone in the exchange offer 4 days back.
I got the product and exchange intiated by the company. The person came to house, I was not in office, the old phone was at home, he checked the phone and proceed for reset it.
But he could not able to do it, called me and asked to do it once I reach home and he will come back next day to collect it again.
After some time , I got the message that the exchange process has been rejected by the person or the company and it could not done.
I raised the query on Paytm App but there is no response from the last 2 days.
Kindly let me know where is my fault.
1. I reset my old phone.
2. I am not in position to hold both the mobiles.
3. If company does not want to proceed with the exchange, kindly allow me to return the new mobile.
So that I will carry on with my old device.
I hope I communicate my problem with you properly, kindly look into the matter and take action quickly.
The deadline for the return of the product is 24.04.2019.
