Text of Complaint by Sarika Kate:

Ordered fan Crompton Uranus 1200 mm (48 inch) Decorative Ceiling Fan with Lights (Ivory) from Amazon. recived fan on 18 oct 21 but that product was damage hence placed replacement order and on 21 oct 21 replacement order started showing status as delivered. I called to customer care to inform them about not received item and status was showing as delivered. But they said it first display status as delivered and within 1 day you will get delivery. But still not received that product.
First added complaint at Amazon and they added one investigation to resolve this issue but later on concluded that item has delivered to us. But we haven’t received that product. I ask amazon customer service to show any prove that item is delivered they cut the phone.

If any delivery person delivery replacement fan to us then they should have picked up replacement fan also. But no one come to deliver fan. Finally we have given that damaged fan to seller on our own cost of 750rs by dtc as we have receipt.

Please help us. This fan is of 6901 rs.
Can’t afford this loss.
Amazon is not delivering replacement product and not refunding our loss of 6901+750 as we haven’t received fan but just status is showing as delivered

Also checked my gate society app entries. We don’t have any entry for delivery on 21st oct then how can they say they have delivered item.
