I order product on 8 August 2023 and Amazon given delivery date was 12 August 2023. After call Amazon customer service representative told that order will deliver on 12 August 2023 and given on written on mail also. But between 9:10pm to 9:15pm online status show product will deliver till 16 August 2023. I need product on urgent basis therefore cancel order and plan to purchase locally. But on call Amazon told that zero rupees refund process. Regarding that I called many time but Amazon representative disconnect my call many time & take on more than 5 min on hold and later on disconnect.
