Very upset with Amazon delivery service I purchased the product twice but both times it threw me an error during delivery partner reason is “Delay in delivery due to external factors”
I Purchased the mobile but both times they asked me to deliver it but did not deliver it to me.As I have not received delivery even after reattempt many times 4 aug to 8 aug delivery attempted,I Called the customer service but I didn’t get the resolution, I was told that it will come tomorrow, but I didn’t get it.even I re-placed same the new order and still I didn’t get the no response and facing same issues…
I request to amzone customer executive please change Amazon career partner for this product ,but not any response or help from them.About the trouble I got ,I want justice.

Amazon customer support have limitations ,they can’t take action on it ,only playing mail with Me
Today the total has been seven days complaint related to delivery was second time but the same error was getting on delivery and delay due to external factors error this issue is given for the current delivery and today also my delivery is not done and the user called the customer care then they were told that your delivery will be done tomorrow but amzone carrier services are rubbish. Amazon have to pay penalty for this
Amazon are not providing service properly even with prime membership and delivery but not proper or changing Amazon delivery service partner as I requested.
