Respected sir/ma’am,
. I am Shrikrishna Jadhav from Sangli / Maharashtra. I ordered Rockwall deep freezer in 27 January Delivery date was 4th February but today is 5th date We have not received the delivery. Yes, customers care do not know exactly why the product was not delivered and they received unsatisfactory answers regarding its delivery. My last two products were not received on time but I have to suffer a lot even during their delivery timing. Their delivery was 5/6 days late. You can inquire on the portal. Now if I don’t get delivery tomorrow, I was telling file a lawsuit against you in the consumer court and I have full proof of how much I have suffered and complete and complete customer care call records but they said me go on we will don’t stop me However, Amezon harass the customer unnecessarily.
