I have ordered for a Wooden Computer table on 10th October order was suppose to be delivered on 29th October, But Flipkart team is unable to deliver the order on 29th October and order is in Shipped status from 19th October.
As part of follow team updated saying the order will be delivered by 7th November but it is not yet delivered and team updated saying order will be delivered by 11 November but the order is in same shipped status from 19th of October.
When i connected with customer support team they are not responding properly when i am requesting team to Cancel my order as it getting delay as there are no changes in the order status .
I have tried to connect with the customer support team 7 times they are disconnecting the call after i request them to cancel or request them to connect with next level.
