I ordered three products on 22nd July and delivery was on 28th, 29th and 30th. Delivery agent came to my nearest location and called me to collect from there. But I was busy with my work. I told him to deliver to my location. But he disconnected and even after two days he didn’t not delivered. And they hold all three products for three days. I raised complaint against them in Flipkart two times. But still they didn’t. They are just postponing the delivery. Product is 20 km away from the destination location which is reached delivery hub Three days before.
It is really heck to speak with customer care executive again and again and waiting for the product.
