Hi Sir,
I had ordered Moto G72 mobile on 27june23.Which was supposed to be delivered on 29th Jun. However,it was not delivered and was again reschedule on 1st Jul on given date also it was not delivered. Now they are repeatedly rescheduling my order and it’s not delivered yet. When I try to cancel the product it shows me less amount by 149 rs from the amount paid by me 15098Rs .As it’s not my fault so why I should pay for shipping charges.
Daily I call customer service they ask me to wait how many more days I need to wait now. I am really frustrated and feel harrased by flipkart as my product is not getting delivered. It’s my last hope pls help me.
