Hope you are doing well.
I am writing this note to bring your kind attention to the inconvenience caused to me by Flipkart delivery services. I order an inverter with a battery on 16 May 2023.
The details of my order are as follows:
Product: LUMINOUS 1050VA with 18042ST XL Tubular Inverter Battery (150AH)
Order ID: OD428111019491086100
Expected Delivery Date: 26 May 2023
Current Delivery Status: Shipped
According to the tracking information provided, the expected delivery date was 26 May 2023. However, as of today’s date, 7 June 2023, I have not received the product. I’m not getting a proper response from Flipkart also. Flipkart is providing false promises and keeps on delaying delivery dates.
Request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
