Text of Complaint by NISHANT KUMAR:

I have ordered a samsung phone on 24 th Oct and Flipkart promised to deliver within 3 November but they failed and now the say we will deliver on 10 november as Flipkart deduct charges to the coustmer for late emi as fine so do here Flipkart is liable to pay any penalty to coustmer for delaying in delivery
