I have ordered a mobile phone on 24th July 2022 from Amazon and being a paid prime member service delivery is expected in stipulated time but product NOT delivered and customer care executive placed a fresh order for product delivery. Contacted Amazon but response was wait and watch. Being a paid prime member for inconvenience caused, I expect a fine to Amazon and compensation
