I have ordered a product in Amazon and while ordering it’s showing it will be delivered to your location. But every time the delivery agency is cancelling my order without any intimation. Now the product is delivered to me but because of not fit I am planning to return the product. Delivery agency is continuously cancelling the return pickup. Every time customer service person is saying the same story that sorry for the inconvenience we will initiate the pickup again.
Already Registered the online consumer complaint With consumerhelpline.gov.in and the number is 2333282.
Let me know how to proceed further.
