I purchased JOCKEY Men Brief M, Multicolor of which has Order ID – OD228479399455016000 from Flipkart. But recived product was in wrong size. And I make complaint on this , then they arranged for the replacement on July 15th 2023. Product was not replaced on that day. But in Flipkart app it shows that product was replaced. I made a complaint call for 3 time on this issue. All the time they assuring that higher official will make a call back within 2 days and issue will solved. But still nothing happened. Every time they are registering a new complaints.. But no results.
