I have placed one order through Amazon vide order No 403-5319265-0312363
dated 07.07.2023 at value of Rs 9,985/-. I have done the payment through
SBI net banking.
While Tracking the order system is showing that product has been delivered
to Security Guard on dated 10.07.2023 but i have not received the product.
I raised the complaint on Amazon customer care several times, but their
investigation team are not are not ready to give any clarification
regarding the matter. They just said the product has been delivered to
shipping address. Product was delivered to wrong place that too to a security guard without any information.My complain remain unresolved even after several
followups.
it was complete wastage of my time and money.
Finally, i requested for return the package just to see that where they
will come to collect the Package.
Now, I want to know where and to whom the product has been delivered.
And if they delivered to security guard why they did it without informing
me. why didnt they call me before handing over to any other person.
