I have order a mobile phone on 8 July 2022 from jio mart as prepaid order, after using same day product having defects, so i try to refund my mobile but when i have checked my account order showing retured but the phone is with me so how jio mart updated retured in my account, i have raised lots of complains through chat because u there only option available to talk, so i have used twitter to raise complain , so that i can retured my order bit till now more than a month but my issue is not solved just relating ” appreciate your patience, our team is working resentlessly ” what a joke the team I unable to solve the issue than what type of team is this ,
They asked 48 hours but not its more than 40 days , issue still same ,
Requesting you please help my 20k wasted as of now , nobody helping or even care about customer,
Never purchased mobile from jio mart app
