Dear Frustrating Team Ajio,
This is height of tolerance regarding return issue i am facing Ajio.
Product Ordered on 29th August (Order Id:- L0171138051) and due to size issue return request raised on 6th September (Return ID RT21649748) as required size was not available for exchange.
As the shoes delivered in the box with no TAG and when return person came he said he cant take the return as there is no TAG with shoes and he said it is regular problem with AJIO and you have to raise complaint for return without quality check and he rejected return.
We had raised complaint on same day (Complaint No. COM00012964821) and during call they asked for Product photos on mail to process return request, we had sent mail immediately on 7th September from same email id but no response and only automatic useless system generated response received.
We had called customer care multiple times and struggled in que to have as discussion in approx 1 hour wait time on each call. Everytime customer care person gave the misguiding information and raised new complaint which always extend the process for next 5-7 days. We had requested to talk to the supervisor also but he said supervisor is busy and disconnected the call.
Later supervisor called after 2 days and shared different information and said customer care executives are mad.
I am seriously annoyed with service of Ajio and will never buy any product from AJIO on future.
