Text of Complaint by Sunny:

I placed an order on Myntra for a product worth ₹5,845, but I received an entirely incorrect item. I immediately raised a complaint with Myntra’s customer service at the time of delivery, but no resolution was provided. Recently, I reached out to them again, and they reopened my case. However, after a brief investigation, I was informed that the product sent was correct, which is false.

I have the following proof to support my claim:

1. Photos of the incorrect product I received.

2. Screenshots/emails of my communication with Myntra.

Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter, Myntra has refused to refund my money or send the correct product. I request your intervention to ensure Myntra refunds the amount of ₹5,845 immediately.
