With reference to the Order ID: 202223308078 /Tracking ID 89572513203, I ordered Fireboltt Almighty Smart watch on 14th July 2022. I received the product on 23rd July 2022 but found them to be defective ( Not able to receive the call and whatsapp messages etc). As per the Consumer Rights Act, which mandate you to supply me with satisfactory quality goods, the product I received are in breach of our contract. I am very disappointed with the service which I have received this time from your end.I am therefore wanting to return this product and requesting that you refund my full amount as soon as possible.
