I had ordered a product on Jul 2 and was supposed to be delivered but it got lost in transit and I had to reorder a new one on 11th of July which was supposed to be get delivered on 14th July, but got a message that product was damaged and is been returned to seller and refund will be processed once it’s returned. The problem here is the product was damaged during transit and yet I am not getting immediate refund. It happened with me twice this month product got damaged during transit yet I had to wait for my refund.
