Dear Sir,

Greetings for the day,

I ordered a product(TV) from amazon on Date 26/09/2022.

Product delivered from amazon to me on (1/10/2022) but it was damaged, i called customer care of amazon and they were telling me the product has not been returned as per policy, once it is accepted by the customer through OTP basis. but the delivery guy told me that the installation person will come and fit for me, he mentioned customer have an option 10 days of return policy,this was the reason i did not done proper checks, so I requested a mail to this team to arrange a technician on same day.

There was no reply from them, Due to the excitement of the product, I unboxed a product and noticed some breaks on the screen. I called amazon customer care but they were telling , now it is not their responsibility to return the product., I am totally depressed about this. Please do the needful on this.

Amazon customer representatives telling without proper checks do not share the OTP to the delivery guy as per their policy , but amazon delivery guy telling the technician person has to do the installation, otherwise warranty will void. Here who is correct and which one I have to follow and believe.
If this is the case delivery person could have tell to customer atleast.

Amazon customer representative resolution is to contact the TV vendor for the warranty claim, it is a broken product. I am sure the company will also not do the claim for screen damage. Why do I have to make a request to the TV vendor without my error?

Finally, I am a person who suffers from this one.kindly do the needful.
