Text of Complaint by Ritik swami:

I have ordered many products from Amazon in the last few days. In I had just ordered a sunscreen gel, the product was damaged, I opened the product and gave all the information about it to the Amazon team, the team told me to call back after 3 days. When I called after 3 days, they told me that we have given the right product, it is your mistake. This did not happen, I told the team that I want to talk to your team further, so neither did they say that this is the last option and neither can you mail. And the amazing thing is, after receiving the product damage, it was refused to take and replace it. And it is showing in Amazon account that your refund has been sent to your account whereas no payment has been received in the account. I am sharing the photos of the product and the record of the conversation with the team.

A common man’s time and money are being wasted in all these ways of a big company like Amazon. I hope I will be of some help in this.
