Text of Complaint by Kirankumar Dobariya:

I have bought a powerbank through Amazon and now the battery of the product is swollen.I also visited the Croma store of Centre Square, Vadodara for customer care but they said that they will not give services for the product which is purchased online.I have emailed them several times but there is no response.I request you to take necessary action for the given.
