Text of Complaint by Rhine Andotra:

I bought the Eureka Forbes water filter (Amaze Model) on 13th June 2022. Post installation the product has cracked twice and the complaint service of the company is so pathetic that they fail to register the complaint properly ( no complaint id is generated on time), in the 1st instance the technician came for the repair 5 days later when I really insisted on talking to a senior manager.
