i ordered a mobile phone for my office staff on an ugent basis in exchange. i got a call on 9.30Pm yesterday and devilery agent said that it is late now so i will deliver my shipment today in between 12 to 1 Pm. however, when i checked my order status by 2-3pm its shows that my order cancelled saying that “exchange not valid”, dispite that no body has attempt to deliver this shipment. they misguide me and play safe to protect themself. so that no body can question them that why delivery was not made on time. false comment and making customer fools.
