I have purchased a water dispenser from Saraf cooling company private limited kanpur on 10/09/2022.
The water dispenser has been water leakage problem since last 15 days i have made several complaints to the service centre but they are not ready to look forward. Machine is installed in unnao at pooja collection 28 sabzi mandi unnao
Service centre has checked the machine over several calls on 10 of may and they found that machine has a genuine manufacturing leakage problem and it cannot be repaired. I asked them to replace the machine but they are just ignoring it and not responding to any of the calls again. Kindly please get my product replaced as soon as possible
