I had ordered a boat Avante bar on 24th June from flipkart and it went out for delivery attempt on 27th June but I couldn’t receive as I was out of home.Again on 29thjune message came product is out for delivery but from that day product didnot get delivered . On 29th June interestingly the deliveryboy calls me and asks my personal number and forwards my number to his colleague ,then his colleague asks me about the product I bought and inquires about its price and at last tells me sir when I get the product will let you know…
I registered lots of complaints in FLIPKART support but all is of no use they are just simply saying that cancel and reorder it sir as the product can’t be delivered due to lockdown where as everything is open ..
Kindly look in to the matter and help me . Flipkart is mentally harassing me and torturing me by doing this to me
