Text of Complaint by Deepak kadam:

I have purchased TCL brand 43 Inch TV on 3 September 2020, which is under warranty till September 2023 I have raised a complaint through TCL Customer Support on 5th June 2023. And I requested for TV replacement”. Till date there is no proper response from TCL India Customer Support via call or email they are just ignoring calls and messages . I have been asking them via Email or Call for Company policies on replacement products/if no product available then what is the alternative to customer? There aren’t even answering about the company policies or even not giving any approximate date to get the replacement TV. Its been nearly 90 days i made a complaint to TCL Customer Support. I don’t know where else i can fight for this issue. Kindly do the needful.
