i would mention an complaint regarding to deliver a wrong product and seal is open and i returned this wrong product to amazon at this time they will accept this product after conversation with customers care agent and they will says that i will give your refund in approximately 10 working days,then after 1 month the amazon customer care agent says that i will not give any refund and product to you so please solve my problem immediately
