Problem with Flipkart order (Shoe with manufacturing defect)

Text of Complaint by Prasenjit Sanyal:

I ordered a shoe on 10-11-2022 from Flipkart and received it the very next day. The order id is OD126494215313843000. Initially, I feel no problem with the shoes with my inexperienced naked eye and removed the tag because I feel no problem (which is not at all discoverable from the top view) with the shoes. But after wearing them the next day I feel uneasy and experienced that both of the shoes are not of the same dimension and the inner portion and depth of the shoes are different. The shoe pair is with manufacturing defect. I applied for returning the item on 14-11-2022. But Flipkart delivery agent said that he will not accept the return without the price tag.
Now I don’t know what to do. Flipkart customer support executive is also saying that they can do nothing without the price tag. It is not a minor problem and I can’t use this shoe under any circumstances as it is harmful for leg as per the orthopedic doctor.
