Text of Complaint by Trishita:

I have paid the electric bill of CESC on 20th May, 2019 via Phone pay. On the Phone pay portal it has shown that bill payment is successful. But CESC has told that theu haven’t received any kind of payment from 20th May to today. As I have informed the problem in detail to Phone pay they told that it takes 4 official days to accept the payment by service provider. But service provider CESC told that it only takes 2 working days.

Phone pay is not agree in anyway to provide the refund of the money.
