I’m facing this problem from may 2020. But from last 10 days (from 25 July) my problem is worst. After too many complaints on 199 I’m not getting any solution but some repeated and fixed wordings of customer care. I have paid Rs 599 for 4G service but Vodafone is providing me 2G and 3G services which is worst experience. I request to the responsible authorities to take action to fix the problem.
I don’t want to port my number but in my circle Airtel is giving best service with better net speed.
I’m very much disappointed from this world class telecom company.
I hope you will show your responsibility towards your customers and my problem will be fixed. From Monday I have to take online classes which need High speed net service.
