Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar:

On watching the add in YouTube where total time 3 minutes was taken for money transfer, I added money ( Rs. 6000)from credit card.  Now when I tried to transfer money from Wallet to my account the message “Operator not allowed” is being shown from last 30 days.   In online chat their agent asking following financial documents even photo of credit card :-

Send Ur Pan Card Front & Aadhaar Card Front & Back Of Both Source Card Holder Name & On Retailer Id. i Have uploaded all requuired documents.

But finally same message is showing during transfer money. Now they  have bloced my number or not replying on chat even.
