This is to inform you that in the begining of Jan 2019 I had requested customer care to deactivate ISD calling facility on the above number. Ever since then I am not able to make calls to several numbers in my contact list (that I was able to contact earlier). Instead I keep getting the message “this facility has been temporarily disconnected on this number”
the issue was reported since jan 2109 several times. I was assured by the support team that the issue would be resolved with 4 days and sms and mails were sent to me to that effect.
I still have the same problem and nothing has been resolved.
i would appreciate if this could be looked into on priority..
i have been a long standing vodaphone customer who migrated to airtel purely because of its service reputation.. I am now very disappointed with the service I have been given with.
request that this issue be resolved ASAP without any further delay or excuses
