I ordered FIRE BOLT Full Touch Smartwatch Model: BSW001 in Amazon on 20th March, 2022 with Invoice No:MAA4-5116296. The product was delivered and working condition was good. Since two months watch was not charging properly and screen was completely shutting off. I raised complaint against the issue, got a mail from team to contact in nearby service center. When I reached that service center person he simply said “we won’t do any service to this watches here”. He refused to do any service and not even allowed me to claim my warranty. Hence after I called to customer care, even from them I didn’t get any positive response.
It’s not very long period since I purchased Fire Bolt Smart Watch, why shouldn’t I claim my warranty benefit.
Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible and do the needful at the earliest.
