Text of Complaint by Anas malik:

I am a Kotak Mahindra Bank customer I have a Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account which is frozen by Kotak Mahindra Bank since last 25 days,I also called customer care many times from where I did not get any valid solution, after a few days no customer care employee told me to visit your near by branch I have gone to my home branch about 10 to 15 times from where I am not able to get any solution due to which I am facing lot of problems please make my account as soon as possible help me unfreezehelp me unfreeze
