Hi sir /dear yoswin team I have recharge 200 rupee on 07 august 2023

By the bank account and bank account name is nesar Ahmad .
And upi ref no. 358535191254

And yoswin account number is 9934737843

And my problem is

I recharge 200 rupee in yoswin but the recharge not add in my yoswin account please solve it.
