I haven taken a preapproved loan from CRED AND PAYING ON TIME FROM TIME TO TIME BUT RECENTLY DUE TO SOME MEDICAL EMERGENCIES I HAVE LOST MY JOB SO I HAVE MISSED ONLY 1 emi
But after that i have given time also for making payment but their illegal recovery agents called my contacts and ruined my image in front of my relatives and After repeated complaints to cred no solution till date..they mentioned in their privacy statement that they will not use any private details or share any information to third party but they are not following any rules and Idfc bank also is helping or Whatever it is…
But CRED SHOULD BE BAN AS ITS LEAKING PRIVATE DATA AND IF ITS REPEATEDLY CALLING I HAVE NO OPTION EXCEPT SUICIDE.
I have complaint to RBI, Cyber police but not a satisfactory response yet came..
In india All illegal work happens and NO REGULATOR IS DOING ANYTHING…Just Citing on table and showing …
Where should i can go for help..
