I ordered a product which is prepaid order. When the delivery boy came to deliver the product he asked proof ( my id)I showed him but he taken the proof which I show him and he placed the my id on parcel and taken a picture. Then I asked y courier said that it’s new rule for prepaid orders . He shared that picture in courier team WhatsApp group. I said it’s risk to customers then he replied that nothing is problem for customers it’s only proof that courier boy delivered product to customers and he try to convinced me by showing the picture he taken before while delivering the prepaid orders. I said I will ask Flipkart customer team about delivery boy said okay ask .
When I called to Flipkart customer care they said no such rules are their . They reply from Flipkart is not as I expected. They are saying you only given proof by your permission only so we just put a mail to delivery service not to take pictures of id proofs . And Flipkart team said it will not repeat again . I asked Flipkart team so you are not responsible for taking my proofs . If delivery team did any wrong thing with my proofs who responsible?? They said you only given proofs by ur wish only
