Respected Sir/MadamI am writing to inform you that I have network & Incoming calls & Incoming messages issue since may 2018. I have swapped the sim card three times from my nearest airtel store. But the issue is Same I have escalated issue from past six months. I have complained many times to customer service but no response has been received So I had to bear the loss of of 3500 to change the number on important documents. So I request you to take a look on priority basis as I am your customer for three years. Please waive off the amount in bill and restart my number.Thanks
