My prime account has been on hold without Aby prior information since more than 20 days. I contacted to costomer care regarding the same for more than 11 times and every time they use to register a complaint for the same and promise me that I’d be able to log in in next 24 hours. Their service sucks so much. Hate Amazon now. If they don’t activate my account now, I will file a legal complain against them as I’ve bought so many expensive things and am unable to visit my orders (due to not being able to login). Idk what they’ve done to my browser that I’m not even able to log in to my other account also if trying to log in via their website.
