Dear sir,
I have perches a mobile from gorock.in (Presha Trading) on 30th Jan’19 model no Speria S9 Pro Notch Smart Phone & Product ID : 00217 when I realized that I have ordered a wrong product from some deferent site than & their I tried to make call to their customer care @ 8929291617 to cancel my order I found that number was switched off. I mailed them at help@gorock.in but I didn’t get any response, next day I also tried to reach out then at their customer care but entire day the number was switched off. I have called to paytm as well to seeking help but they were aslo failed to help me.
On 1st feb’19 I got my shipment by dotzot courier AWB no 700006945294. in this consignment I received a Chinese Mobile instead of Speria S9 Pro Notch Smart Phone, costing of the Chinese Mobile would be max 1.5k. I am not getting any return option on the site.
Again I mailed them with this concern but they are least bother to reply a single email.
I need your help otherwise my entire money will be waste.

I ordered a smartwatch on eexata website of the brand zeblade, model: thor s at rupees 2489 cod.
On receiving the watch, it is a completely fake watch with no branding on box or on watch.
Now i have mailed them for refund yesterday and till now no revert received.
The dealer as per the message received is presha trading and the product came somewhere from naraina vihar delhi….

I ordered a m3 smart band.in 1 year warranty (Buy 1 get 1 free) but i can received only one watch. That one watch also not working. Please cancel my order please take return the watch. I want my money. Please give a money to refund the amount. Please i dont want. It is a number one fake company. Dont make me fool. I received my order now only. I ordered KRYPTON LEM7 4G.But i got a cheapest smart watch i ever seen .I ordered the watch for 1999 rupees and the watch that is delivered to me was not same. So, I wanted to return the product and want my refund as soon as possible.
Watch that is actually delivered was an old and cheapest watch . So, i want to return this product and hoping a speed and positive responce
