I want to modify my pack and channels but I am not able to so I need your help..

Even dish tv distributor dont know how to modified pack and also customer service executive don’t know. If we complain the told us there is error in server try after 30 min. I will try to change for last 3 days and call moro than 20 times but they don’t have any answer.
