Im vodafone customer from 4to5 years my number is 9759695675 it is a prepaid number but in last few days because of some personal issue i did not recharge and my number is closed then yesterday i visit vodafone office they said that its fine we will recreate your number again but into postpaid but i want it into prepaid because it was prepaid and i want it again it in prepaid but they are not helping
Please sir kindly check my sim status i will be very thankful to you otherwise i have to complaint to higher authorities of vodafone and more government office
Please check as soon as possible because Vodafone customer care executive saying go to nearest store and store is giving this number in postpaid both are not giving there numbers
