Hey Team,
My connection is transferred from prepaid to postpaid, but the connection is still not updated in their systems, Nor in airtel thanks app, Nor in their customer care data base Nor in any other third party websites.
I have called to the customer care for a couple of times now.
Raised complaint#31-3266652314753 – Neelima spoken from postpaid customer care on July 30, 2020. Said will be resolved in 24- 48 hours, but not
31-3282333360225 – Monika supervisor – on aug 8, 2020 stated will escalate and resolve by tommorow morning which is aug 9, 2020. I need this to be resolved on priority.
I have waited for this 24-48 hours since july 30, 2020 where as my airtel connection is transferred from prepaid to postpaid, but no data base is updated with the same.
Need your response on this on priority. Its humble request.
