Text of Complaint by Amit Nahar:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a vodafone prepaid simcard user. Before JIO revolution came SIM cards sold were already having long term validity like 2099.

Now suddenly I am receiving messages that recharge with a specific amount for 28/26 days validity.

For the first time I did recharge of 35 RS. Now for the second time I have received a message and they have sort of given plans.

I agree with the telecom companies that their revenue is decreased but prior to this, if balance is available then amount used to get deducted from it. But now we have to recharge specially even though there’s enough balance. My complaint is why can’t they deduct from the main balance available. Kindly do something about it. I have complained before to TRAI about it.
